Timber windows made to order

We design and make bespoke timber windows for a wide range of projects, including sash, casement, arched, curved and bow designs. Each window is made to suit the specification and the character of the property.

Traditional mortise and tenon joinery is used throughout, with proportions, profiles and detailing developed to suit each project. We regularly work on both period properties and contemporary buildings, adapting designs as required.

Windows are usually priced from drawings or photos and approximate sizes, which allows accurate quotations to be provided early on. Once details are agreed, manufacture takes place in the workshop before delivery to site.

Timber choices are guided by exposure, appearance and long-term performance. Accoya is often specified where stability is key, while hardwoods and other softwoods provide natural beauty and durability or are required by conservation specifications.
