Solid timber gates

We design and build timber gates for residential and commercial settings, made to suit each opening and its intended use. Projects may include pedestrian access gates or larger vehicle entrances.

Gates are constructed using traditional methods and durable materials, with designs ranging from simple ledged and braced styles through to framed, boarded and more decorative arrangements.

Material choice is guided by exposure, durability and finish requirements. Suitable timbers may include Accoya, oak, Iroko or Douglas fir, depending on the setting and specification.

Gates can be supplied as individual items or as part of a wider joinery package, with posts and related elements included where required.
